Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are, however delivery times are generally within 10-15 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What are your framing options?
All framing options can be viewed via the dropdown menu on the individual product pages. Options include unframed, classic frame, floating frame canvas, shadow box frame, and premium shadow box frame with fine art paper and anti-glare glass.
Do the frames come with hangers?
All framed artwork comes with pre-installed hanging wires/cables.
Is the protective pane glass or acrylic?
Classic frames are glazed with 2mm clear glass, except for A0 and EPIC, which come with the highest grade of durable acrylic glazing. Shadow Box frames are glazed with 2mm clear glass and also come with a premium anti-glare glass option to ensure the highest optical clarity.
Do you have a physical store?
I'd love to one day have my own physical store.
