Textured Art Workshop
On July 16, young artists aged 10–14 can immerse themselves in a hands-on session at Betty’s Laneway in Newcomb. Participants will craft their own 20cm x 25cm textured wave artwork to take home. The workshop runs from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM and costs $45 per person, with Afterpay available.
Opera Australia Creative Intensive
From July 8–9, the Geelong Arts Centre hosts a two-day workshop for young people to explore the world of opera through the story of La Bohème. Participants will engage in singing, music, and storytelling, reimagining the characters and themes in their unique way.
